Daily Prayer - A conversation with God - updated 12.24.2013

Good Morning Father,
I thank you for this day, for my being able to be here with you this morning,
I'm blessed because you are a forgiving and an understanding God.
Thank you for everything you have done for me,
you keep on blessing me,
even when I have forgotten you - you do not forget me.
Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you.
I ask now for your forgiveness and I take a moment to forgive myself.

Please keep me safe from all danger and harm.
Help me to start this day with right attitude and with my Heart filled with praise and gratitude.
Clear my mind so that I can hear from you and make the best of each day.

Let me not whine and whimper over things I have no control over.
Let me continue to see myself through your eyes and acknowledge everything I see,
when I sin, let me repent, and confess with my mouth of my wrongdoing now here on earth,  receive my forgiveness and forgive myself then I do not need to be afraid to come and ask you a question anytime, I know you will be happy to talk with me.
When this world closes in on me, let me remember Jesus' example -- to slip away and find a quiet place to  talk to you (pray).

It's the best response when I'm pushed beyond my limits.
I know that when I can't pray, Father you listen to my heart.

Father, I lay all my Stress and Burdens on you, because you said your burden is easy and your yoke is light.

I am going to try to show you in my actions how much I Love You.

I Thank you Father that you are handling all my problems today, and that I don’t have to do anything about them till I hear from You, Then I will only do what I hear you tell me to do,

Praise you Lord!

I want to Thank You and Praise Your Name for:
·        Continuing to bless me that I may be a blessing to others.
·        Keeping me strong that I may help the weak.
·        Keeping me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others.
·        I pray for those who are lost and can't find their way.
·        I pray for those who are misjudged and misunderstood.
·        I pray for those who don't know you intimately.
·        I pray for those who don't believe.
·        I pray for all my sisters and brothers.
·        I pray for each and every one of my family members and friends and their families.
·        I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes and all their needs are met.
·       I pray that they know there is no problem, circumstance greater than you.
·       I believe that you change people and you change things for good reasons.
·       I thank you for everything you have done, will do and are going to do.

 In Jesus Name AMEN.
 Ps 143:8-12
8 Cause me to hear your loving-kindness in the morning, for on you do I lean and in You do I trust. Cause me to know the way wherein I should walk, for I lift up my inner self to you.
9 Deliver me, O Lord, from my enemies; I flee to you to hide me.
10 Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; let your good Spirit lead me into a level country and into the land of uprightness.
11 Save my life, O Lord, for your name's sake; in your righteousness, bring my life out of trouble and free me from distress.
12 And in your mercy and loving-kindness, cut off my enemies and destroy all those who afflict my inner self, for I am your servant.

Ps 139:13-18 NIV
13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,
16 your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
Matt 7:7-8
7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
8 For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
I want to walk so close to you that I can hear your heart beat and know the works of your Hands. Help me to break down internal walls so I can accept and learn who I am in you and accept what I see and change what needs to be changed. As I becoming aware of myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, I become aware that I need healing in my soul as well as my spirit. This will give me a heart to decrease so you will increase in me, Praise God!

Whole, Nothing Missing Nothing Lacking
I desire to walk closer with you Father, and build our relationship so that it will satisfy both our needs, I will be fulfilled and will live the abundant live you have stored up for me, Wholeness Nothing Missing and Nothing Lacking and absorb the abundant love you have for me and the others you have placed in my life, so I will be so full of your love it will just pour out of me. Thank you for showing me how to access and walk in your Glorious presents. In Jesus Name I ask this.

Matthew 6:31-34 Amplified Bible
31 Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear?
32 For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all.
33 But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.
34 So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.
You showed us through Peter to feed your Sheep,
Show us how you would have us do that today.

I Thank You for it.
In Jesus Name.
Amen

Hosea 1 (NIV)

Hosea 1 (New International Version)

Hosea 1

1 The word of the LORD that came to Hosea son of Beeri during the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and during the reign of Jeroboam son of Jehoash [a] king of Israel:
Hosea's Wife and Children

2 When the LORD began to speak through Hosea, the LORD said to him, "Go, take to yourself an adulterous wife and children of unfaithfulness, because the land is guilty of the vilest adultery in departing from the LORD." 3 So he married Gomer daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.
4 Then the LORD said to Hosea, "Call him Jezreel, because I will soon punish the house of Jehu for the massacre at Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of Israel. 5 In that day I will break Israel's bow in the Valley of Jezreel."

6 Gomer conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. Then the LORD said to Hosea, "Call her Lo-Ruhamah, [b] for I will no longer show love to the house of Israel, that I should at all forgive them. 7 Yet I will show love to the house of Judah; and I will save them—not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but by the LORD their God."

8 After she had weaned Lo-Ruhamah, Gomer had another son. 9 Then the LORD said, "Call him Lo-Ammi, [c] for you are not my people, and I am not your God.

10 "Yet the Israelites will be like the sand on the seashore, which cannot be measured or counted. In the place where it was said to them, 'You are not my people,' they will be called 'sons of the living God.' 11 The people of Judah and the people of Israel will be reunited, and they will appoint one leader and will come up out of the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel.

Proverbs 24 (NIV)

Proverbs 24 (New International Version)

Proverbs 24

1 Do not envy wicked men, do not desire their company;

2 for their hearts plot violence, and their lips talk about making trouble.

3 By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established;

4 through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.

5 A wise man has great power, and a man of knowledge increases strength;

6 for waging war you need guidance, and for victory many advisers.

7 Wisdom is too high for a fool; in the assembly at the gate he has nothing to say.

8 He who plots evil will be known as a schemer.

9 The schemes of folly are sin, and men detest a mocker.

10 If you falter in times of trouble, how small is your strength!

11 Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter.

12 If you say, "But we knew nothing about this," does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay each person according to what he has done?

13 Eat honey, my son, for it is good; honey from the comb is sweet to your taste.

14 Know also that wisdom is sweet to your soul; if you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.

15 Do not lie in wait like an outlaw against a righteous man's house, do not raid his dwelling place;

16 for though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again, but the wicked are brought down by calamity.

17 Do not gloat when your enemy falls; when he stumbles, do not let your heart rejoice,

18 or the LORD will see and disapprove and turn his wrath away from him.

19 Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of the wicked,

20 for the evil man has no future hope, and the lamp of the wicked will be snuffed out.

21 Fear the LORD and the king, my son, and do not join with the rebellious,

22 for those two will send sudden destruction upon them, and who knows what calamities they can bring? Further Sayings of the Wise

23 These also are sayings of the wise: To show partiality in judging is not good:

24 Whoever says to the guilty, "You are innocent"— peoples will curse him and nations denounce him.

25 But it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come upon them.

26 An honest answer is like a kiss on the lips.

27 Finish your outdoor work and get your fields ready; after that, build your house.

28 Do not testify against your neighbor without cause, or use your lips to deceive.

29 Do not say, "I'll do to him as he has done to me; I'll pay that man back for what he did."

30 I went past the field of the sluggard, past the vineyard of the man who lacks judgment;

31 thorns had come up everywhere, the ground was covered with weeds, and the stone wall was in ruins.

32 I applied my heart to what I observed and learned a lesson from what I saw:

33 A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest-

34 and poverty will come on you like a bandit and scarcity like an armed man.

Psalm 71 (NIV)

Psalm 71 (New International Version)

Psalm 71

1 In you, O LORD, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame.

2 Rescue me and deliver me in your righteousness; turn your ear to me and save me.

3 Be my rock of refuge, to which I can always go; give the command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress.

4 Deliver me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the grasp of evil and cruel men.

5 For you have been my hope, O Sovereign LORD, my confidence since my youth.

6 From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother's womb. I will ever praise you.

7 I have become like a portent to many, but you are my strong refuge.

8 My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long.

9 Do not cast me away when I am old; do not forsake me when my strength is gone.

10 For my enemies speak against me; those who wait to kill me conspire together.

11 They say, "God has forsaken him; pursue him and seize him, for no one will rescue him."

12 Be not far from me, O God; come quickly, O my God, to help me.

13 May my accusers perish in shame; may those who want to harm me be covered with scorn and disgrace.

14 But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.

15 My mouth will tell of your righteousness, of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure.

16 I will come and proclaim your mighty acts, O Sovereign LORD; I will proclaim your righteousness, yours alone.

17 Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds.

18 Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who are to come.

19 Your righteousness reaches to the skies, O God, you who have done great things. Who, O God, is like you?

20 Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up.

21 You will increase my honor and comfort me once again.

22 I will praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praise to you with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel.

23 My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you— I, whom you have redeemed.

24 My tongue will tell of your righteous acts all day long, for those who wanted to harm me have been put to shame and confusion.
