 ¹These also are ^(A)proverbs of Solomon which the men of Hezekiah, king of Judah, transcribed.
    ²It is the glory of God to ^(B)conceal a matter,
         But the glory of ^(C)kings is to search out a matter.
    ³As the heavens for height and the earth for depth,
         So the heart of kings is unsearchable.
    ⁴Take away the ^(D)dross from the silver,
         And there comes out a vessel for the ^(E)smith;
    ⁵Take away the ^(F)wicked before the king,
         And his ^(G)throne will be established in righteousness.
    ⁶Do not claim honor in the presence of the king,
         And do not stand in the place of great men;

    ^9(J)Argue your case with your neighbor,
         And ^(K)do not reveal the secret of another,
    ¹⁰Or he who hears it will reproach you,
         And the evil report about you will not pass away.
    ¹¹Like apples of gold in settings of silver
         Is a ^(L)word spoken in right circumstances.
    ¹²Like an ^(M)earring of gold and an ^(N)ornament of ^(O)fine gold
         Is a wise reprover to a ^(P)listening ear.
    ¹³Like the cold of snow in the time of harvest
         Is a ^(Q)faithful messenger to those who send him,
         For he refreshes the soul of his masters.
    ¹⁴Like ^(R)clouds and ^(S)wind without rain
         Is a man who boasts of his gifts falsely.
    ¹⁵By ^(T)forbearance a ruler may be persuaded,
         And a soft tongue breaks the bone.
    ¹⁶Have you ^(U)found honey? Eat only what you need,
         That you not have it in excess and vomit it.
    ¹⁷Let your foot rarely be in your neighbor's house,
         Or he will become weary of you and hate you.
    ¹⁸Like a club and a ^(V)sword and a sharp ^(W)arrow
         Is a man who bears ^(X)false witness against his neighbor.
    ¹⁹Like a bad tooth and an unsteady foot
         Is confidence in a ^(Y)faithless man in time of trouble.
    ²⁰Like one who takes off a garment on a cold day, or like vinegar on soda,
         Is he who sings songs to a troubled heart.
    ^21(Z)If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat;
         And if he is thirsty, give him water to drink;
    ²²For you will heap burning coals on his head,
         And ^(AA)the LORD will reward you.
    ²³The north wind brings forth rain,
         And a ^(AB)backbiting tongue, an angry countenance.
    ²⁴It is ^(AC)better to live in a corner of the roof
         Than in a house shared with a contentious woman.
    ²⁵Like cold water to a weary soul,
         So is ^(AD)good news from a distant land.
    ²⁶Like a ^(AE)trampled spring and a polluted well
         Is a righteous man who gives way before the wicked.
    ²⁷It is not good to eat much honey,
         Nor is it glory to ^(AF)search out one's own glory.
    ²⁸Like a ^(AG)city that is broken into and without walls
         Is a man ^(AH)who has no control over his spirit.

Please pray for a little girl name Makenna she is in Pittsburg Hospital in Pa. Blood in stool. possible surgery.

PSALM 116

Good Morning Wednesday 11.24.2010

As we get ready for our Thanksgiving Dinner lots of folks are cooking and preparing for the big meal. Let’s take the time to prepare for the giving thanks part also.

I had a dream last night:

I dreamed I was in my grandmother’s kitchen with her and she was at the stove cooking something. Then all of a sudden she turned in to a middle aged man and as I was looking at him I ask who are you? The man said who do I look like? As I looked at him I said you look like a carpenter as I said that the man was gone. Suddenly flashing red lights and a siren went off then a lady was there we looked at each other and I thought Grandma needs help and I began to pray. The lady with me said lets go. Then I woke up.

Dream book states:

Kitchen = preparation of spiritual food.

My conclusions:

Carpenter = Jesus

Red lights and siren = urgent help needed

Lady = Angel

Let’s go = Action required.

As we make plans to give thanks to God, Let us prepare in the spirit and take action with urgency. After all we are His hands and feet.

We are all messengers of the Truth of God’s word.

So let’s prepare our spiritual food and send it out with urgency and with the love of Jesus, because the greatest commandment is to Love one another.

Jesus loves us so much he cleansed us with His blood.

This Holiday season I can think of no greater gift than to share the Love of Jesus and to add souls to the Kingdom.

   and the lamp of the wicked will be snuffed out.

 ²¹ Fear the LORD and the king, my son,
   and do not join with rebellious officials,

   and who knows what calamities they can bring?

 We are excited to see what God is doing in the world today.

In Acts 17: 24-27 God tells us he chose us to live in this day and time.

He also chose very carefully the place on this earth he wanted us to live.

Let’s look at it in His word:

Acts 17: 24-27

    24The God Who produced and formed the world and all things in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in handmade shrines.

    25Neither is He served by human hands, as though He lacked anything, for it is He Himself Who gives life and breath and all things to all [people].(A)

    26And He made from one [common origin, one source, one blood] all nations of men to settle on the face of the earth, having definitely determined [their] allotted periods of time and the fixed boundaries of their habitation (their settlements, lands, and abodes),

    27So that they should seek God, in the hope that they might feel after Him and find Him, although He is not far from each one of us.

 ¹THE KING'S heart is in the hand of the Lord, as are the watercourses; He turns it whichever way He wills.     ²Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs and tries the hearts.^{(A)
    3}To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.^{(B)
    4}Haughtiness of eyes and a proud heart, even the tillage of the wicked or the lamp [of joy] to them [whatever it may be], are sin [in the eyes of God].
    ⁵The thoughts of the [steadily] diligent tend only to plenteousness, but everyone who is impatient and hasty hastens only to want.
    ⁶Securing treasures by a lying tongue is a vapor driven to and fro; those who seek them seek death.
    ⁷The violence of the wicked shall sweep them away, because they refuse to do justice.

    11}When the scoffer is punished, the fool gets a lesson in being wise; but men of [godly] Wisdom and good sense learn by being instructed.
    ¹²The [uncompromisingly] righteous man considers well the house of the wicked--how the wicked are cast down to ruin.

    14}A gift in secret pacifies and turns away anger, and a bribe in the lap, strong wrath.
    ¹⁵When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous (the upright, in right standing with God), but to the evildoers it is dismay, calamity, and ruin.
    ¹⁶A man who wanders out of the way of understanding shall abide in the congregation of the spirits (of the dead).
    ¹⁷He who loves pleasure will be a poor man; he who loves wine and oil will not be rich.
    ¹⁸The wicked become a ransom for the [uncompromisingly] righteous, and the treacherous for the upright [because the wicked themselves fall into the traps and pits they have dug for the good].
    ¹⁹It is better to dwell in a desert land than with a contentious woman and with vexation.
    ²⁰There are precious treasures and oil in the dwelling of the wise, but a self-confident and foolish man swallows it up and wastes it.
    ²¹He who earnestly seeks after and craves righteousness, mercy, and loving-kindness will find life in addition to righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God) and honor.^{(E)
    22}A wise man scales the city walls of the mighty and brings down the stronghold in which they trust.
    ²³He who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps himself from troubles.^{(F)
    24}The proud and haughty man--Scoffer is his name--deals and acts with overbearing pride.
    ²⁵The desire of the slothful kills him, for his hands refuse to labor.

    27}The sacrifice of the wicked is exceedingly disgusting and abhorrent [to the Lord]--how much more when he brings it with evil intention?
